Demuregram provides conversational AI, reasoning, software engineering tools, image generation, and video synthesis via our proprietary model family (including Demuregram Ultra v3.5, Demuregram Core v3.2, Demuregram Code v2.5, and Demuregram Creative v2.0). You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at mail@demuregram.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Subscriptions (including Explorer, Pro Intelligence, and Executive Unlimited tiers) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Each tier includes specified credit quotas and rate limits to safeguard system availability. Any automated spamming or bot flooding will result in immediate termination.
You retain full ownership of the prompts and content inputs you submit to Demuregram. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Demuregram platform, proprietary models, branding, and interfaces belong exclusively to Demure Platforms Inc.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
